Come wile away the night at stunning Oheka Castle, where you’ll enjoy dinner, dancing and the chance to do good. The Martin-Lehrer Foundation is hosting the gala event of the season in honor of Dr. Frederick Wetzel, RN, Ph.D., who has dedicated the last 30 years of his life to helping those with developmental disabilities. He recently received the "Decade of the Child" award for activities to improve quality of care for children and adults with developmental disabilities and is the Downstate Director of the OPWDD. We would like to celebrate his achievements and give you the chance to give back, all while having a wonderful evening. The fabulous festivities, held on September 10th at Huntington’s historic Oheka Castle, will begin at 7pm, and great food, cocktails and music will be in abundance. It promises to be a wonderful evening, so bring your dancing shoes, your appetite and your spirit of generosity and prepare to enjoy a once-in-a- lifetime event.
